I love the Lucky Kitty Gym Shorts, that kinda power sticks in your mind for a bit, Something about a girl that has to wear elementary school underwear to gain strength. Not exactly the sexiest thing. The perversions that are shown in this anime is funny.

All the violence in this anime really isnt that great, its more of a silly fighting style. I would say you would have to rely on your funny bone to enjoy this anime. Alot of people will hate this anime and its listed as one of the worsts in my book, but it is older and will make you laugh the first time you watch it.. the problem is.. you wont want to watch it again.

Bad school that needs dicipline get more then they bargain for when a cockroach/human teacher comes in and tries to bully the students.

🎬 Storyline & Narrative

Chabane Ganpachi is the Ultimate teacher who comes to Emperor High School and basically declares war on all the unruly students. However, the school gang's leader, a girl named Hinako Shiratori stands in his way. Interesting turn of events happen around the amazing.. "Lucky Kitty Gym Shorts"... the source of Hinako's power.

👥 Characters & Dynamics

Chabane Ganpachi- the cockroach human that walks only by holding on to walls.. is a funny sort. Some of his facial expressions will scare you though. ((beware his Charlie-Horse Attack))

Hinako Shiratori- She is strong, she is cute and she gets her power from her childish Lucky Kitty Gym Shorts! Cant get cuter then that.

Kansuke Matsuri- Kinda pointless except in a fight scene but cute friend of Hinako.

Ryuichi Wantanabe-Her big and brainy friend and the one that seems to care about her more.

🎨 Animation & Visual Direction

The anime is older so the animation isnt the best but it still has the wonderful anime qualities, Beautiful girls, Ugly men :P and brief nudity..

🎵 Voice Acting & Soundtrack

The voice acting in this is pretty good for an older anime. It is quiet in the end but it all pretty much fits together pretty well.

• Community Praise: If I had to choose one review I like, I suppose its this one of mine even though the anime itself wasnt that great. I think its better then my other review dammit. *pats herself on the back* :P Just wish there were more graphics online for the anime.
