Hunter X Hunter

Trying to learn the power of Nen might be a hard one for other people. Hunter X Hunter has a good storyline and characters. Ya better not waste your energy, you're not gonna use it for Nen, you're going to use it for a good laugh.

One day, a boy raised on Whale Island learns that his father is still alive. Gon Freeces, the boy, is the son of the legendary Hunter, Jin Freeces. Abondoned by his father at a young age, Aunt Mito, who took care of him, has kept this secret from him. Inspired to be a Hunter himself, Gon trained secretly over his young year until he was eligible to join the Hunter Exam. At that age, he argues with his Aunt to allow him to join the Hunter Test so that he will be able to meet his father as a Hunter. After the impatient days, Gon left Whale Island, waving good bye to his Aunt and Grandma on the dock and the creatures in the forest as he left to become a Hunter...

Oh, the characters eh? The characters are quite funny as I would say, especially when the two best friends always make fun with each other.

Gon Freeccs/Hurikusu - Gon spirit and leadership makes him friendly with animals in the forest which he hang out a lot when he was little (a nature loving boy). He is kind and loyal to complete strangers, giving them chances and really doesn't get upset that much until things get out of hand. He's the type to never give up and always seek to suceed

Killua Zoldyck- Killua is sort of like any other boy. He wants to have fun and is sometimes a trouble maker. Killua has this problem lying with a straight/serious face which makes it hard to know if he is telling the truth or not. Killua can also be very careless (he actually act careless). Killua is an interesting character to follow throughout the series. His personaliy improves to a better person and becomes more caring for his friends.

Kurapika - Kurapica is sort of like Kurama (YYH) but except he has some character flaw. Kurapica is the smartest, polite, and quiet one of the group. Kurapica can be sarcastic, especially on Leorio. Kurapica really hates spider because they remind him of the Phantom Brigade and gets furious when he sees any spider which turn his eyes red. When his eyes turns red, it gives Kurapica a really strong ability and able to use any type of Nen which doesn't happen until his tutor helped him in using his Nen.

Leorio - Leorio sometimes acts overly confident and really acts like a guy who can complain and show off. Leorio is really good person with a kind heart. He is nice to others who are sincere. Leorio is sometimes dumb but he has a good intellect in the medical field. Leorio's weak spot would be girls ^_^;; He is quite close to Kurapica (as friends) because of their opposite sort of personality which keeps them criticizing each other. Leorio would be a really fun person annoy the heck out of.

Hisoka - He's one of the members of Genei Ryodan. He is Gon's greatest foe.

The animation is good as I would say. Extremly exciting. You'd almost left your food waiting on your dinner table because of trying to watch the whole episode.
