What's there to say about this anime? Well, basically if you liked Nuku Nuku, you'll like SMJ. It's that similar. Lime is another Nuku in both voice acting (Megumi Hayashibara), attitude (playful violence) and even construction (android). The animation is above average for a television show, and the music isn't that bad although the sound effects can get a little old after a while. It seems like someone's just sampling older anime and getting the sound effects off of them. Character designs are very nice but the overall design is very Japanese-looking versus German-looking, almost WWII-ish. Unfortunately, while this series is entertaining, nothing really grabbed me and there really isn't a burning desire to continue watching the series -- a problem that seems to occurr with many of the television series releases. As for me, if I get a few extra bucks, I might pick up the next volume. I most likely will get any OVA or feature film releases that come along though.

Late in Earth Century due to overpopulation, efforts to colonization are made. However a mishap happens for a group of colonist early on for them in this story. This is a story of their legacy continuing their memories, living on a hostile planet of Pontais and Plasma with a relationship involving a love story that has gone wrong. Here in this world robots called Marionettes are used for fighting, completing menial labor and the replacement of the female population.

The characters, much better than in X because the ones in X are some like morons.

Well, I'd rather prefer SMJ than SMX because the animation is much better.

Well, the voice acting is good. But not perfect.
